How do I buy an item?
Find something you want to buy on our site and click the ‘add to basket’ button which will add the item to your shopping basket. When you have finished your selection, click on the ‘shopping trolley’ symbol on the top right of any page and you will be able to review your selection before paying for the items via Direct Bank Transfer or through the PayPal website. When paying via PayPal all details will be processed via the PayPal website including your payment confirmation and delivery details.

Am I paying VAT?
Cymru Beats is UK VAT registered and our VAT number is GB535185541. All EU purchases are charged at the UK standard 20% rate unless a valid EU VAT number is entered at the Checkout page, in which case VAT will be deducted at checkout. Orders from outside the EU will have VAT deducted at checkout. All prices on the site are displayed inclusive of  VAT at 20%.

When will I get my item?
If you make your order and your funds have cleared by 1pm Monday – Friday we will make every effort to send it out the same day. In the UK your order should reach you within two working days. Service outside of the UK will vary and an estimation of delivery time will be emailed to you at the time of shipping. For small sized orders within the UK we use Royal Mail Special Delivery. For all other orders we use services provided by UPS and DPD.

How do I contact Cymru Beats?
Please email sales@cymrubeats.com with any query you may have. We are available to respond Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible. If it’s a matter best handled by phone please email us your contact number and we will call you back.

What is Cymru Beats’ returns policy?
We will only accept returns on faulty goods. Faulty goods should be returned as soon as possible and we will ensure that the manufacturer repairs or replaces the item. If, for any reason, this is not possible, Cymru Beats will offer a refund.

Can I cancel an order?
We offer a period of 14 days from you receiving your order during which you can cancel after purchasing from Cymru Beats. The customer is responsible for covering postage and any fees incurred from credit card transactions. For queries of this nature, please contact sales@cymrubeats.com directly. Please note that you should obtain proof of postage when making a return and also a deduction will be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary, ie if the good can no longer be sold as new.
